Booking Guidelines
A credit card is required to book and secure an appointment. Guests who do not have a credit card may pre-pay 50% of their service via our secure online payment link to hold their appointment time.
Kids Policy: We love your children, so we want them to be as safe as possible! No children under the age of 8 are permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
Our time with each one of our guests is reserved for a one-on-one salon experience. We value our time with you more than anything and appreciate your respect for our stylists’ schedules. We respectfully require 48 HOURS notice prior to the start of your appointment to reschedule, change, or cancel an appointment.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.

No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services and will not be welcome back to the salon.

Our policy is in effect and highly enforced. No exceptions will be made.

Late Policy
Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the reserved service(s). If possible, we will do our best to offer modifications to your scheduled services or service provider to allow you to receive services, but rescheduling may be necessary. In the event that your service provider is not able to perform the scheduled service(s) or you do not wish to proceed with the alternatives offered, cancellation fee will be applied.
Refunds + Exchanges
All services are non-refundable.
If you have any questions or concerns about your service(s), we are happy to offer a complimentary consultation and adjustment if needed within the first 10 days, so please don't hesitate to reach out if anything comes up!
If you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase, please reach out within 14 days to be eligible for full refund, or within 60 days to exchange for another product.
Parking
We are Located next to EILAND COFFEE & FAST ACTION BONDING. You can park anywhere on the street just not at the car dealership unless you want to sell you car.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from City Hippie Studio for City Hippie. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with City Hippie. City Hippie Studio reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. City Hippie Studio also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from City Hippie Studio again, just sign up as you did the first time and City Hippie Studio will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at hello@cityhippiestudios.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes
